DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-1-181 is a thick-film molded DIP resistor network from Bourns' 4100R Series, featuring 8 isolated resistors in a 16-pin configuration with a resistance value of 180 ohms. This component operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO), and delivers a package power rating of 2.25 watts at 70°C. The resistor network exhibits superior package integrity, is compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and meets MIL-STD-202 solderability requirements with a maximum dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS. Applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, SCSI termination, and other precision resistor network requirements where multiple isolated resistors are needed in a compact molded package.
