DESCRIPTION

The 4116R-2-104 is a thick film molded DIP resistor network featuring 15 resistors in a bussed configuration with pin 16 as the common connection, designed for dual-circuit applications. This 16-pin package operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 100 V and offers a resistance range from 10 ohms to 10 megohms. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values between 50 O and 2.2 MO, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values, and provides a power rating of 0.125 watt per resistor at 70°C. The 4116R-2-104 is RoHS compliant, compatible with automatic insertion equipment, and features superior package integrity with a body material of Novolac epoxy and copper solder-coated lead frame. Common applications include DRAM circuits, R/2R ladder networks, and SCSI termination networks where multiple matched resistors are required.
