DESCRIPTION

The 4306R-101-182LF is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring a bussed electrical configuration with 6 pins and a resistance value of 1.8 kO. This component incorporates 5 thick-film resistors of equal value, each connected between a separate pin and a common bus line, with tin-plated RoHS-compliant terminations. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C and a package power rating of 0.75 watts at 70°C, derating to zero power from +70°C to +125°C. It meets MIL-STD-202 environmental test requirements including short-time overload (±0.25%), load life (±1.00%), and moisture resistance (±0.50%), with a dielectric withstanding voltage of 10,000 megohms minimum. The low-profile design provides compatibility with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, making it ideal for applications in DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks where reliable, compact resistor networks are required.
