DESCRIPTION

The 4306R-102-101LF is a thick-film molded SIP (Single In-line Package) resistor network featuring 6 isolated resistors of equal value, each connected between two pins in a 102 isolated circuit configuration. This low-profile component is compatible with automatic insertion equipment and offers superior package integrity with RoHS-compliant tin-plated terminations. The resistor network operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range) and supports resistance values from 10 ohms to 10 megohms with tolerance options down to ±0.5%. The package delivers 0.30 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature and derates to zero power between +70°C and +125°C. This component is ideal for applications requiring multiple isolated resistors in compact form factors, such as DRAM termination, SCSI networks, and R/2R ladder circuits.
