DESCRIPTION

The 4308H-102-153LF is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP resistor network from Bourns' 4300H Series, featuring 4 isolated resistors of equal value with a resistance of 15 kO (code 153). Each resistor is independently connected between two pins, providing complete electrical isolation. The device operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO range), and delivers 0.30 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature. The package incorporates high-profile thick-film construction for improved power handling, superior package integrity, and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment. This resistor network is ideal for applications requiring isolated termination networks, SCSI termination, and precision signal conditioning in instrumentation and data acquisition systems.
