DESCRIPTION

The 4308M-102-102 is an 8-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP resistor network from Bourns' 4300M Series, featuring 4 isolated resistors of equal value with each resistor connected between two separate pins. This medium-profile component offers a power rating of 1.20 watts at 70°C with improved tolerance to ±0.5%, operating reliably across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The device features a maximum operating voltage of 100 V, temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C (for 50 O to 2.2 MO), and insulation resistance of 10,000 MO minimum, with dielectric withstanding voltage of 200 VRMS. The isolated configuration makes it ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI termination, and other high-reliability signal conditioning scenarios where independent resistor paths are required, while its superior package integrity and compatibility with automatic insertion equipment ensure robust performance in production environments.
