The 4310R-102-220 is a 10-pin isolated thick-film molded SIP resistor network manufactured by Bourns, featuring 5 isolated resistors of equal value with a resistance code of 220 (22 ohms). This device incorporates thick-film technology with a low-profile design that provides compatibility with DIPs and automatic insertion equipment, while maintaining superior package integrity. The resistor network operates at a maximum voltage of 100 V, with a power rating of 0.20 watt per resistor at 70°C, and supports a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for the 50 O to 2.2 megohm range. The package features a copper lead frame with solder coating and a novolac epoxy body, conforming to UL94V-0 flammability standards, and is available in RoHS-compliant versions. Common applications include DRAM termination, SCSI networks, and R/2R ladder networks where precision resistor matching and compact form factor are essential.
