DESCRIPTION

The 4814P-2-472LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring a bussed (2-circuit) configuration with 4,700 ohms resistance per resistor and ±2% tolerance. This medium-body component operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 ohms, and delivers 0.080 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature. The device is RoHS compliant with lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 requirements, and is packaged in a standard SOM-16 surface mount package compatible with automatic placement equipment. It is ideal for applications requiring precision resistor networks in DRAM, SCSI, and other digital signal processing circuits where reliable termination and biasing are essential.
