DESCRIPTION

4816P-1-101LF is a thick film surface mount isolated resistor network from the Bourns 4800P series, designed for precision circuit applications. This 16-pin device features a 100 ohm resistance value with ±2% tolerance, operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50O and above. The resistor network offers a power rating of 0.160 watt per resistor at 70°C and a package power rating of 1.28 watts. It features RoHS compliant lead-free terminations, copper solder-coated lead frame material, and thermoplastic body material conforming to UL94V-0 flammability standards. This AEC-Q200 qualified component is ideal for DRAM applications, SCSI applications, and general-purpose circuit designs requiring reliable isolated resistor configurations.
