DESCRIPTION

4816P-1-392LF is a thick film surface mount isolated resistor network from the Bourns 4800P Series, designed for medium body applications. This 16-pin device features 8 isolated resistors with a resistance value of 3.9 kO (resistance code 392) and ±2% tolerance. It offers a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values 50 O and above, with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The package provides a power rating of 1.28 watts at 70°C and 0.160 watt per resistor. RoHS compliant with lead-free terminations, this resistor network is AEC-Q200 qualified and compatible with automatic placement equipment, making it suitable for DRAM, SCSI, and general circuit applications requiring reliable resistor arrays.
