DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-T01-202LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring an isolated circuit configuration with 2 kO resistance values and ±0.5% tolerance. This medium-body SOM-16 package device operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum operating voltage of 0.50 V and delivers 0.160 watts per resistor at 70°C. The resistor exhibits a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 O, with TCR tracking of 50 ppm/°C maximum for equal values within the package. The device is RoHS compliant, AEC-Q200 qualified, and features compliant leads to reduce solder joint fatigue, making it suitable for demanding automotive and industrial applications including DRAM, SCSI, and R/2R ladder network implementations.
