DESCRIPTION

The 4816P-T02-103LF is a thick film surface mount resistor network from Bourns' 4800P Series, featuring a bussed (2-circuit) electrical configuration with 10 kO resistance value and ±2% tolerance. This medium-body SOM-16 package device operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C for values above 50 O. The resistor network delivers 0.080 watts per resistor at 70°C ambient temperature, with an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum and compliant leads designed to reduce solder joint fatigue. The device is AEC-Q200 qualified, RoHS compliant, and supplied in tape and reel packaging compatible with automatic placement equipment, making it suitable for applications including DRAM, SCSI termination, and R/2R ladder networks.
