DESCRIPTION

The 4820P-1-103LF is a thick film surface mount isolated resistor network designed for precision applications requiring multiple independent resistor elements. This device features eight isolated 10 kO resistors with ±2% tolerance, operating over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±100 ppm/°C. The package provides a power rating of 0.160 watts per resistor at 70°C, with an insulation resistance of 10,000 megohms minimum and lead solderability meeting MIL-STD-202 Method 208 requirements. The 4820P-1-103LF is RoHS compliant, AEC-Q200 qualified, and housed in a 20-pin SOM (surface mount) package with standard EIA compatibility for automatic placement equipment. Common applications include DRAM circuits, SCSI termination networks, and R/2R ladder networks where isolated resistor elements are required.
