DESCRIPTION
The 5.0SMDJ12A is a Transient Voltage Suppressor Diode designed for surge and ESD protection in portable communications, computing, and video equipment. This unidirectional device features a working peak reverse voltage (VRWM) of 12V with a breakdown voltage range of 13.4V to 14.7V, and delivers a peak pulse power dissipation of 5000 watts at a 1 ms pulse width.
