DESCRIPTION

The BPS130-HG100P-3S is a 10 mm analog high-pressure sensor from Bourns designed for direct-media monitoring in harsh environments with gauge-type pressure measurement. It features compensated output, isolated onboard electronics, and a gold-plated Kovar port option, operating with a 5 V typical supply voltage and delivering output current of 2.5 mA. The sensor operates reliably across a wide temperature range from -40°C to +150°C with an output range of 10% to 90% of supply voltage, achieving ±0.25% full-scale accuracy at 25°C and ±2.5% full-scale total error band across the full operating temperature range. With a 100 psi pressure rating, burst pressure of 3X full scale, and resolution exceeding 12-bit DAC performance, this sensor is ideal for refrigerant systems, water level and pressure monitoring, diagnostic equipment, and oil and fuel system applications where reliable pressure sensing is critical.
