DESCRIPTION

CAT10-330J4LF is a chip resistor array containing four isolated resistors in an 0804 surface-mount package, each with a resistance value of 330 ohms and ±5% tolerance. The device features a thick-film resistive element on a high-purity alumina substrate with protective glass overcoat and tin-plated (RoHS-compliant) side terminations. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a maximum working voltage of 25 V, a power rating of 0.0625 W per resistor, and a temperature coefficient of resistance of ±250 ppm/°C.
