DESCRIPTION

CAT10-473J4LF is a four-element isolated resistor array manufactured by Bourns in a compact 0804 surface-mount package. The device features thick-film resistive elements on a high-purity alumina substrate with protective glass overcoat and concave termination style, offering E24 series resistance values from 10 ohms to 1 megohm with ±5% tolerance. Each resistor is rated for 0.0625 W at 70°C with a maximum working voltage of 25 V and temperature coefficient of ±250 ppm/°C, operating reliably across -55°C to +125°C. The array is RoHS compliant with tin-plated terminations and is supplied on paper tape in plastic reels of 10,000 pieces, making it ideal for automated assembly in applications requiring multiple isolated resistor functions in a minimal footprint.
