CAT16-510J4LF is a four-element isolated chip resistor array featuring concave terminations and RoHS-compliant tin-plated (LF) leads. The device contains four isolated resistors with a nominal resistance value of 51 ohms (decoded from "510" in the part number), ±5% tolerance, and is housed in a 1206 package size. It delivers 0.0625 W per resistor at 70°C with a maximum working voltage of 50 V and operates reliably across the temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, with a temperature coefficient of ±200 PPM/°C.
