DESCRIPTION

CAY10-390J4LF is a four-element isolated resistor array featuring 390 ohm resistors in a compact 0404 package size with convex termination style. The device offers a resistance tolerance of ±5% and is rated for a maximum working voltage of 25 V with a maximum overload voltage of 50 V. Each resistor element is rated at 0.0625 W at 70°C, with a total package power rating of 0.250 W, and operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C with a temperature coefficient of ±250 ppm/°C. The array is RoHS compliant with tin-plated terminations, suitable for all soldering processes, and is supplied on paper tape on reel for automatic placement, making it ideal for high-volume PCB assembly applications requiring multiple isolated resistor elements.
