CAY16-153J4LF is a 4-element isolated chip resistor array with convex terminations designed for compact surface-mount applications. This RoHS-compliant component features a resistance value of 15.3 kO with ±5% tolerance, operating at a maximum working voltage of 50 V and a power rating of 0.250 W per package at 70°C. The device exhibits a temperature coefficient of ±200 PPM/°C and operates reliably across the temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, with excellent stability under thermal cycling and moisture load conditions.
