DESCRIPTION

The CDSOT23-T15C is a bidirectional transient voltage suppressor diode array designed to protect one or two signal lines from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and transient voltage surges. This device features a working peak voltage of 15.0 V, a breakdown voltage of 16.7 V at 1 mA, and provides ESD protection up to 30 kV per IEC 61000-4-2 standards. The bidirectional configuration offers maximum clamping voltage of 30.0 V at 17 A (8/20 µs pulse), with typical capacitance of 60 pF at 0 V and 1 MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data line applications. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +150°C and is housed in a compact molded JEDEC SOT-23 package with RoHS compliance. Common applications include RS-232, RS-422, and RS-423 data line protection, portable electronics, wireless bus protection, and control and monitoring systems where reliable transient suppression is essential.
