DESCRIPTION

The CG0603MLE-18E is a ChipGuard® series varistor designed to provide high-frequency attenuation and ESD protection in a single surface-mount device. It operates with a maximum continuous DC voltage of 12V and provides a maximum clamping voltage of 18V. This component features a low typical capacitance of 10 pF at 1 MHz, a maximum off-state leakage current of 1 µA, and a fast response time of less than 1 ns. Housed in an industry-standard 0603 package and rated for IEC 61000-4-2, it offers robust, low-capacitance protection for sensitive electronics against multiple ESD strikes.
