DESCRIPTION

The CGA0603MLC-05E is a ChipGuard® Automotive MLC Series ESD protector designed for high-speed automotive circuits. It operates with a DC working voltage of 5V or less and features an extremely low typical capacitance of 0.05 pF, ensuring minimal signal degradation on fast data lines. This bidirectional device provides robust ESD protection compliant with IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4, with a rapid response time of less than 1 ns and a maximum leakage current below 0.01 µA. Due to its performance characteristics and wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, it is ideal for protecting antennas, sensors, camera links, and high-speed communication buses like USB 3.0.
