CHP0603-FX-1001ELF is an ultra-high power chip resistor from the Bourns CHP Series, designed for demanding applications requiring high surge withstanding capability and reliable performance. This 0603-sized resistor features a power rating of 0.33 W at 70°C, a maximum working voltage of 75 V for 1 ohm to 1 megohm resistance range, and ±1% resistance tolerance with ±100 ppm/°C temperature coefficient. The device utilizes thick film technology on a ceramic substrate with tin-plated terminations, operates across a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C, and is RoHS compliant and halogen-free.
