DESCRIPTION

CM453232-100KL is a surface-mount chip inductor from Bourns' CM45 Series designed for RF, power conversion, and signal filtering applications. The device features a 100 µH inductance with ±10% standard tolerance (±5% available), a quality factor (Q) of 40 at 0.796 MHz test frequency, and a self-resonant frequency (SRF) minimum of 6 MHz. Constructed with a ferrite core, copper wire coil, and epoxy resin enclosure with tin-plated terminals, it operates reliably across -40°C to +125°C and withstands soldering temperatures of 260°C for 5 seconds. The compact dimensions (4.5 × 3.2 × 1.7 mm) and accurate tolerances enable automatic surface mounting, making it ideal for high-density PCB layouts in consumer electronics, telecommunications, and industrial power management circuits.
