DESCRIPTION

CR0805AJ/-000EAS is a sulfur-resistant, AEC-Q200 compliant chip resistor designed for automotive and harsh-environment applications. It features thick-film technology with a power rating of 0.125 W at 70°C and a maximum working voltage of 150 V, supporting resistance values from 1 O to 10 MO with ±5% tolerance. The device operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +155°C with temperature coefficients ranging from ±100 ppm/°C to ±400 ppm/°C depending on resistance value, and includes a sulfur-resistant design per ASTM B-809 with tin-plated termination. This resistor is RoHS compliant and halogen-free, making it suitable for automotive, industrial, and consumer electronics applications requiring reliability in corrosive environments.
