DESCRIPTION

CRM2512-FX-24R9ELF is a high-power current sense chip resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick-film technology, designed for precision current sensing in power supplies, stepper motor drives, and snubber applications. The device features a resistance value of 24.9 ohms with ±1% tolerance and a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C, operating reliably across a wide temperature range from -55°C to +155°C. It delivers a 0.25 W power rating at 70°C ambient temperature and maintains excellent stability under load life, thermal shock, and short-term overload conditions, with resistance change limited to less than 1% under rated voltage conditions. The RoHS-compliant termination with tin-plated leads ensures compatibility with modern manufacturing processes. This resistor is ideal for applications requiring accurate current measurement with minimal thermal drift and high reliability in demanding power conversion and motor control systems.
