DESCRIPTION
CRM2512-FX-4700ELF is a high-power current sense chip resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick-film technology, designed for precision current sensing in power supplies, stepper motor drives, and snubber applications. The device features a resistance value of 0.47 ohms with ±1% tolerance and ±100 ppm/°C temperature coefficient, operating reliably across a wide temperature range of -55°C to +155°C. It delivers 1 W power rating at 70°C with a maximum working voltage of 200 V for the 1 ohm to 1 megohm range, insulation resistance exceeding 1000 megohms, and a maximum rated current of 6 A. The CRM2010 package format (5.00 ± 0.20 mm length, 2.50 ± 0.20 mm width) provides robust performance with excellent load life stability (less than 1% resistance change under rated voltage at 70°C for 1000 hours) and thermal shock resistance.
