DESCRIPTION

CRM2512-JW-240ELF is a high-power thick film chip resistor engineered for current sensing, power supplies, stepper motor drives, and snubber applications in power supply circuits. The device delivers a 1 watt power rating at 70°C with an operating temperature range of -55°C to +155°C, supporting resistance values from 47 milliohms to 1 megohm with tolerance options of ±1% and ±5%. It features a maximum working voltage of 954 mV for low resistance values (47–910 milliohms) and 200 V for higher resistance ranges, with a maximum rated current of 6 A and insulation resistance exceeding 1000 megohms. The resistor exhibits excellent stability with temperature coefficients of ±100 ppm for most resistance ranges and maintains resistance change below 1% under load life testing and thermal shock conditions. These characteristics make it ideal for precision current sensing and power management applications requiring high reliability and low drift.
