DESCRIPTION
CSS2H-3920R-L500FE is a precision current sense resistor from Bourns' CSS2H-3920 series, designed for high-power applications requiring accurate current measurement. The device features a resistance of 0.5 mO with a power rating of 9 W at 70°C and 5 W at 130°C, utilizing a Cu-Mn resistive alloy with a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C. It incorporates an EB-welded metal strip construction with excellent long-term stability, low thermal EMF, and inductance below 3 nH, ensuring minimal signal distortion. The resistor operates over a wide temperature range from -55°C to +170°C and meets RoHS compliance, halogen-free requirements, and AEC-Q200 automotive qualification standards.
