DESCRIPTION
The DMS22B5A1CAFL336N is a non-contacting magnetic feedback rotary sensor with SSI (Synchronous Serial Interface) digital output designed for precise position feedback in industrial applications. It features 12-bit resolution with an output range of 0 to 4095, independent linearity of ±0.3%, and operates over a supply voltage range of 4.5 V to 5.5 V (5 V typical) with a maximum output current of 25 mA. The sensor employs non-contacting magnetic technology with high resistance to vibration (15 G, 10 to 2000 Hz), shock (50 G), and fluid/dust ingress (IP 50 rating), making it highly reliable in harsh environments. With a continuous 360° mechanical angle, maximum shaft speed of 120 RPM, and rotational life of 50 million shaft revolutions, this sensor is ideal for patient platform positioning, pneumatic valve control, antenna positioning, and automated manufacturing robotics applications.
