DESCRIPTION

MOV-10D201KTR is a 10 mm radial leaded metal oxide varistor that protects against overvoltage transients such as lightning, power contact, and power induction. The device features a maximum continuous voltage rating of 130 V rms (170 V dc), a nominal varistor voltage of 200 V at 1 mA dc, and a varistor voltage tolerance of ±10%. It offers high current handling with a maximum peak current of 30 A (8/20 µs), high energy absorption capability of 70 J (8/20 µs), and a fast response time of 10–25 ns. The device is RoHS compliant, operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +105°C, and is suitable for power supplies, power systems, line voltage protection, telecom systems, and white goods applications.
