DESCRIPTION

The P6SMB250A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode from the P6SMB series, engineered to protect sensitive electronics from voltage transients. It features a breakdown voltage range from 237V to 263V and a working peak reverse voltage of 214V.
