DESCRIPTION

The P6SMB530A is a unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed to protect sensitive electronics from high-voltage transients. This device provides a peak pulse power dissipation of 600 W and has a working maximum reverse voltage of 477 V. It features a breakdown voltage between 503.5 V and 556.5 V and a maximum clamping voltage of 725 V at a peak pulse current of 0.8 A.
