DESCRIPTION

The PDB241-S420K-504A2 is a 24 mm rotary potentiometer from Bourns' PDB24 Series designed for professional audio and general-purpose applications. It features a metal knurled shaft, carbon element construction, and is available with standard or high rotational life options (15,000 or 500,000 cycles minimum). The potentiometer operates over a temperature range of -10°C to +70°C with a power rating of 0.5 W (linear) or 0.25 W (audio), and supports maximum operating voltages of 500 V (linear) or 250 V (audio). With a mechanical angle of 300° ±5°, rotational torque of 20 to 200 g-cm, and residual resistance specifications, this component is ideal for electric guitars, sound processing equipment, amplifiers, and various commercial applications requiring reliable volume or parameter control.
