DESCRIPTION

PM0603-33NJ-RC is a high-Q chip inductor from Bourns' PM0603 series designed for RF and mobile communication applications. It features an inductance of 33 nH with ±5% tolerance, a minimum Q factor of 35 at 250 MHz, and a self-resonant frequency (SRF) of 2300 MHz, delivering excellent performance in compact 0603 package form. The inductor has a DC resistance (RDC) of 0.22 O and supports a maximum RMS current of 600 mA, with an operating temperature range from -40°C to +125°C. The device is constructed with an alumina core, enamelled copper wire, and Mo/Mn+Ni+Au terminals, all encapsulated in epoxy and RoHS compliant.
