DESCRIPTION

PTA3043-2015DPA504 is a low-profile slide potentiometer from Bourns' PTA Series designed for professional audio applications. This single-gang unit features a 30 mm travel distance with a metal DP lever actuator, linear taper, and 500 kO resistance value with ±20% tolerance. The potentiometer incorporates a carbon element with metal housing, delivering a maximum operating voltage of 150 V DC (audio), power rating of 0.1 W, and insulation resistance of 100 MO minimum at 250 V DC. With an operating temperature range of -10°C to +50°C, sliding life of 15,000 cycles, and maximum sliding noise of 100 mV, this component is well-suited for audio/TV sets, car radios, amplifiers, mixers, synthesizers, and professional audio equipment where reliable, low-profile control is essential.
