DESCRIPTION

PWR163S-25-R100F is a DPAK-style surface mount power resistor from Bourns designed for high-power applications requiring low inductance and excellent pulse characteristics. The resistor features a 25 W power rating at 25 °C case temperature, with resistance values ranging from 0.02 O to 130 kO and a maximum inductance of 0.1 µH, making it ideal for high-frequency applications such as audio amplifiers and wireless base station circuits. It operates over a temperature range of -55 °C to 155 °C with a thermal resistance of 5.2 °C/W and supports operating voltages up to 250 V. The device is RoHS and AEC-Q200 compliant, features an electrically isolated backplate, and is compatible with lead-free solder reflow processes.
