DESCRIPTION

The PWR220T-20-1R00F is a TO-220 DPAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology, designed for current measurement, snubber, bleeder, and discharge circuits. This 1 O resistor is rated for 20 W at 25 °C case temperature with ±1% tolerance and features low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), electrical isolation from the backplate, and a thermal resistance of 6.5 °C/W. It operates across -55 °C to 155 °C with a temperature coefficient of ±100 PPM/°C, maximum operating voltage of 250 V, dielectric strength of 2 kV AC, and insulation resistance of 10 GO. The device is AEC-Q200 qualified and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for power supplies, motor drives, test and measurement equipment, and rectifier applications.
