DESCRIPTION

PWR263S-20-R500F is a 20 W D²PAK style power resistor manufactured by Bourns using thick film on alumina ceramic technology, with a resistance value of 0.5 O and ±1% tolerance. The device features low inductance (0.1 µH maximum), electrical isolation of the resistor from the backplate, and a thermal resistance of 6.5 °C/W, enabling efficient heat dissipation in demanding applications.
