DESCRIPTION

The PWR263S-35-5R00F is a TO263 D²PAK style power resistor manufactured using thick film on alumina ceramic technology. This component provides a resistance of 5.0 Ω with a ±1% tolerance and a power rating of 35 W at a 25 °C case temperature. Key features include low inductance, a TCR of ±100 PPM/°C, and electrical isolation from the backplate. As an AEC-Q200 qualified device, it is ideal for demanding applications such as power supplies, motor drives, test and measurement, and rectifier circuits.
