DESCRIPTION

SDR0302-3R3ML is a surface-mount power inductor from Bourns' SDR0302 series designed for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supply applications. The device features a 3.3 µH inductance with ±20% tolerance, a ferrite DR core, and enameled copper wire construction, delivering a quality factor (Q) of 23 at 100 kHz. With a low profile of 2.5 mm maximum height and compact 3.0 mm length, it achieves a self-resonant frequency of 68 MHz and supports an RMS current rating of 1.4 A with a saturation current of 1.6 A. The inductor is rated for a maximum temperature rise of 40°C at rated current and is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for portable communications equipment, camcorders, LCD TVs, and other compact power management systems requiring low inductance and minimal board space.
