DESCRIPTION

SDR0503-682JL is a surface-mount power inductor from Bourns' SDR0503 series, designed for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supply applications. It features an inductance of 6800 µH (±5% tolerance) with a ferrite DR core and enameled copper wire construction, delivering a low profile of 3.3 mm maximum height. The inductor is rated for 0.034 A RMS current with a saturation current of 0.045 A, a DC resistance of 90 mO maximum, and a self-resonant frequency of 1.0 MHz minimum. With a reflow soldering temperature of 230°C for 50 seconds and RoHS compliance, this component is well-suited for portable communications equipment, camcorders, LCD TVs, and other compact power management systems requiring high inductance values in minimal space.
