SDR0805-221KL is a surface-mount power inductor from Bourns' SDR0805 series, featuring a 220 µH inductance with ±10% tolerance and a compact 7.8 mm maximum diameter design. The inductor utilizes a ferrite DR core with enameled copper wire and silver/nickel/tin terminals, delivering a rated RMS current of 0.49 A and a saturation current of 0.80 A maximum. It exhibits a DC resistance of 0.96 O and a self-resonant frequency of 5 MHz, with a quality factor of 12 at 0.796 MHz test frequency. The device is RoHS compliant and rated for a maximum temperature rise of 40°C at rated current, making it suitable for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters, portable communications equipment, camcorders, LCD TVs, and CD players.
