DESCRIPTION

SRN8040-3R6Y is a semi-shielded power inductor from Bourns' SRM8040 series designed for high-current DC/DC converter applications. It features an inductance of 3.6 µH at 100 kHz with a tolerance of ±13%, a maximum DC resistance of 4.9 O, and a rated RMS current of 5.3 A with saturation current of 30 A. The component has a compact height of 4 mm, operates across a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and is constructed with a ferrite core, enameled copper wire, and magnetic epoxy resin coating.
