DESCRIPTION

The SRP1038C-8R2M is a precision wirewound potentiometer designed for human-machine interface (HMI) applications requiring high accuracy and reliability. It features an 8.2 kO resistance value with ±5% total resistance tolerance and ±0.25% independent linearity, delivering stable performance across its 360° effective electrical angle. The potentiometer offers a dielectric withstanding voltage of 1,500 VAC minimum and a power rating of 0.2 watts at +40°C, with a maximum noise specification of 100 ohms ENR. Mechanically, it provides a stop strength of 45 N-cm, starting and running torque of 0.85 N-cm (unsealed) or 1.41 N-cm (sealed), and minimal shaft runout of 0.13 mm. The device is available with solder lug or PC pin terminals, supports bushing mount installation with optional anti-rotation pin, and is RoHS compliant, making it suitable for industrial control panels, measurement instruments, and precision adjustment applications.
