DESCRIPTION

SRP1250-7R8M is a shielded power inductor from Bourns' SRP1250 series designed for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supply applications. The device features an inductance of 7.8 µH (±20%), rated for 10 A RMS continuous current with a saturation current of 18 A, and a maximum DC resistance of 20.5 mO. It incorporates shielded construction with a compact unit height of 5.9 mm, iron core with enameled copper wire, and operates reliably across -40°C to +125°C with a 40°C temperature rise at rated current. This inductor is ideal for portable communications equipment, camcorders, LCD TVs, and car audio systems where space efficiency and thermal performance are critical.
