DESCRIPTION

SRU1028-220Y is a shielded SMD power inductor designed for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supply applications. It features a 22 µH inductance at 100 kHz with ±30% tolerance, a maximum RMS current rating of 1.6 A, and a saturation current of 1.4 A typical. The inductor incorporates a ferrite DR and RI core with enameled copper wire and silver/nickel/tin terminals, housed in a compact 10.0 mm × 2.8 mm package with a unit height of 2.8 mm. It operates across a storage temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a maximum temperature rise of 40°C at rated current, and is RoHS compliant. This component is ideal for portable communication equipment, camcorders, and LCD TV power supplies where space efficiency and reliable filtering are essential.
