DESCRIPTION

SRU1028A-1R0Y is a shielded SMD power inductor from Bourns' SRU1028 series designed for input/output filtering in DC/DC converters and power supply applications. The inductor features a 1.0 µH inductance at 100 kHz with ±30% tolerance, a maximum RMS current rating of 7.0 A, and a saturation current of 8.0 A typical. It incorporates a ferrite DR and RI core with enameled copper wire and silver/nickel/tin terminals, housed in a compact 2.8 mm unit height package suitable for space-constrained designs. The device exhibits a DC resistance of 4.9 mO, a self-resonant frequency of 100.0 MHz, and operates reliably across a storage temperature range of -40°C to +125°C with a maximum temperature rise of 40°C at rated current.
