DESCRIPTION

TBU-DT065-100-WH is a dual unidirectional high-speed transient blocking unit (TBU) designed to protect circuits against faults caused by short circuits, AC power cross, induction, and lightning surges. It features a peak impulse voltage withstand of 650 V, a continuous AC RMS voltage rating of 300 V, and a trigger current range of 100 mA (min) to 200 mA (max) with typical value of 150 mA. The device has a series resistance of 8.5 O to 10.0 O and operates over a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C. Housed in a compact 5.00 mm x 5.00 mm surface mount DFN package, this RoHS-compliant component is ideal for Ethernet ports, protection modules, process control equipment, and general electronics applications requiring reliable high-speed surge protection.
